The short version: this website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers. We only process personal data when you contact us, and only to answer you.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by [hosting provider, address]. When you visit the website, the server automatically records information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of the request
- Page or file requested and the amount of data transferred
- Referrer URL (the page you came from)
- Browser type, version and operating system
This data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it stable and secure, for example to detect attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website. Log files are deleted after [7] days, unless they are needed for longer to investigate a specific security incident. We have concluded a data processing agreement with our hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
3. No cookies, no tracking, no external resources
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Fonts and scripts are stored on our own server, so no connection to third-party providers (such as font or content delivery services) is made when you visit. There are no embedded videos, maps or social media plug-ins.
Because no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent under § 25 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) is needed, and there is no consent banner.
4. Contact form and e-mail
If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the details you give us: your name, e-mail address, your message and, if you provide them, your company and phone number. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or to steps prior to entering into one, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in answering enquiries addressed to us. Your details are deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply (for example for business correspondence under commercial and tax law).
Messages sent via the contact form are transmitted to us by e-mail via our hosting provider’s server. We do not pass your data on to third parties. If your enquiry concerns one of our brands, we will only forward it to that brand with your permission.
5. Applications and collaboration enquiries
If you send us an application or offer your services as a freelancer or service provider, we process the data you provide to decide on an employment or working relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). If we can’t offer you a position, your documents are deleted no later than six months after the end of the application process, unless you have agreed that we may keep them for longer (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
6. Links to our brands and other websites
This website links to the websites of our brands and to other external sites. No data is transferred to these sites until you click the link. After that, the privacy policy of the respective website applies.
7. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar and the lock symbol next to it.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- obtain information about your personal data that we process (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
- have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restrict the processing of your data (Art. 18 GDPR),
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR),
- withdraw any consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
These rights follow from the GDPR (DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). To exercise them, an informal e-mail to info@tigernmas.de is enough.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the authority responsible for our registered office: [name of the state data protection authority].
